How does the 12-month commitment work?
Every membership is a 12-month program. Choose either a one-time upfront payment or the monthly plan — a down payment at signup followed by 11 equal installments. After month 12, your membership transitions automatically to the continued monthly rate, and you can cancel anytime from there.
What's the down payment for, and why is it bigger than a monthly installment?
The down payment (~27% of the program total) is the first month's billing on the monthly plan. It's a meaningful first commitment — you're enrolling in the full 12-month curriculum, not buying a month at a time. Months 2 through 12 are equal $250 / $500 / $1,000 installments depending on tier.
Why is the upfront price 20% off?
Paying the full program in one payment lowers our payment processing and customer support overhead, and we pass that back to you as a flat 20% discount across every tier. Same content, same support, same 12-month membership — just one payment instead of twelve.
What happens at month 13?
Your membership automatically continues at the reduced monthly rate ($47 / $77 / $147 depending on tier) so you keep your courses, community, and tools. Jason's live time (coaching calls, deal reviews, live auction days) becomes bookable per session at tier-discounted rates. You can cancel anytime starting at month 12 — there's no second 12-month commitment.
Do you offer REIA partner pricing?
Yes — partnered REIA chapters get an exclusive 15% discount on every tier (upfront or monthly). The code is shared at each chapter presentation and expires 72 hours afterward. Codes are not available to the general public.
Can I cancel during the first 12 months?
Refunds are available within 3 days of your first coaching session. Outside that window, the 12-month program is non-cancellable — that's what allows us to deliver Jason's time, the live training cadence, and the community at this price. See the Refund Policy for full details.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes — contact our team and we'll help you move up or down. Plan changes are handled manually so we can prorate fairly across down payments and installments.
