Refund Policy

At Tax Deed Club, we want you to be confident in your investment in education. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures.
1. Refund Window
Clients are eligible for a full refund if they cancel within three (3) days of receiving their first coaching session. After this three-day period, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible window, contact us through one of the following methods:

Please include your full name, email address associated with your account, and the reason for your refund request. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Canceling Future Payments
You may stop all future payments at any time without incurring any penalties or fees. To cancel future payments, you must provide notice at least 48 hours before the next scheduled payment date.
You can cancel through:
- Your account dashboard — navigate to Settings and click "Manage Billing"
- Contacting us via email or phone using the information above
4. After Cancellation
Upon cancellation of your subscription, you will retain access to your paid content and features until the end of your current billing period. After that date, your account will revert to free-tier access.
5. Exceptions
Tax Deed Club reserves the right to consider exceptions or special cases on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please contact us.
