Welcome to Tax Deed Club. By accessing or using our website at taxdeedclub.com ("the Site"), creating an account, or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Site, you must create an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

2. Subscription Plans & Billing

Tax Deed Club offers paid subscription plans (Foundation, Mastery, and Legacy) that provide access to courses, live training sessions, community features, and other educational resources. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fees as described on our Pricing page
• Recurring billing through Stripe, our third-party payment processor
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless you cancel before the next billing cycle

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Stripe processes all payment transactions — Tax Deed Club does not store your credit card information directly.

3. Refund Policy

Clients are eligible for a full refund if they cancel within three (3) days of receiving their first coaching session. After this period, no refunds will be issued. You may cancel future payments at any time without penalty. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to courses, videos, written materials, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Tax Deed Club or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without prior written consent
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access paid content through your account
• Download, record, or capture video content for redistribution
• Use our content to create competing products or services

5. Community Guidelines

Tax Deed Club provides community forums for member discussion. By participating, you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect and professionalism
• Not post spam, promotional content, or solicitations without approval
• Not engage in harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior
• Not share specific legal, financial, or investment advice — members should consult licensed professionals
• Not post content that is illegal, misleading, or harmful

Tax Deed Club reserves the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Educational Disclaimer

All content provided by Tax Deed Club is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. 7. Limitation of Liability

• Service interruptions or technical issues

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to Tax Deed Club in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Account Termination

Tax Deed Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the community, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to access paid content will cease immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Utah.
